Q: Can I pay for expedited shipping?

A: Our fastest current shipping time is 2 - 7 business days.

Q: If I order on ___ will it arrive by ___ ? 

A: We are not able to determine ahead of time when you will recieve your order as delievery times can vary due to factors being out of our control. Factors are equal to but not limited delays due to weather changes, inventory as it frequently changes and shipping carrier delays. To get a better idea on when your order will arrive please read our shipping policy.

Q: When will my tracking number start to update ?

A:After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact us via email Thestarrcollection21@gmail.com
