STORE POLICY

We founded STARR COLLECTION with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. processing & shipping 

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 96 hours of purchase. This does not include the weekend.

  • Your order will take 2 - 7 business days to arrive.

 The Starr Collection LLC is NOT responsible for any missing or stolen packages. Once the package is marked delivered ALL missing package investigations and claims are to be reported to the shipping company. 

Refund/Return policy 

There will absolutely NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS on hair that has been worn, bleached, colored,unwrapped, or used in any way. The hair must also be returned in the original packaging. Should you return any item(s) to our return address that has been used in any of the ways listed above, then you would have to pay the fee to send it back to you. Otherwise, the hair will be discarded after 7 days and no refund will be issued. Any purchase shall serve as an agreement between you and the seller (The Starr Collection LLC).
